Pulp Molding Industry Technology Development Status

  Pulp molding project mainly produces environmentally friendly food packaging products and industrial packaging products, mainly involved in biodegradable plant fiber molded environmental protection packaging products industry. Environmentally friendly food packaging products are mainly environmentally friendly tableware (meal packs), industrial packaging products developed to date, mainly exquisite products industrial packaging (boutique bags), meal packs and boutique bags are mainly wet-pressing plant fiber (pulp) molding products (Pulp molding products by mold drying method).

  The molding of pulp molded products is divided into two major categories: wet-press pulp molding method and dry-press pulp molding method. The products are called wet-press pulp molding products and dry-press pulp molding products accordingly.

  Wet press type plant fiber (pulp) molded products is a certain concentration of slurry, adding the appropriate amount of additives, by suction filter molding and drying in the hot press mold shaping of plant fiber (pulp) molded products.

  Dry press type plant fiber (pulp) molded products is a certain concentration of slurry, add an appropriate amount of additives, after suction filter molding, wet blanks out of the mold in a free state by baking or air drying to a certain degree of dryness into the mold for shaping of plant fiber (pulp) molded products.

  In terms of product precision and surface flatness, wet-pressing type plant fiber (pulp) molding products is much better than dry-pressing type plant fiber (pulp) molding products.

Since then, after more than ten years of production practice, this technology and products through continuous innovation and upgrading, has made relatively large achievements, to promote the paper tableware and paper packaging products in the country's wide range of implementation, but also to make China's plant fiber molded plastic environmental protection packaging products industry in the international forefront. However, it is still mainly manual equipment.

  At present, China's wet-press plant fiber molding production line for the production of environmentally friendly tableware, there are a small number of fully automatic plant fiber molding production line manufacturers, but the number is not large. Most of the manufacturers are manual equipment or manual equipment retrofitted with a mechanical arm, is a simple and crude automation, like scrubbers on the addition of a mechanical arm to try to change the washing machine, the main problems are as follows:

  (1) low capacity. Existing domestic plant fiber molding environmental tableware manufacturers to direct pressure manual plant fiber molding production line, the number is not large.

  (2) high labor intensity and poor working environment. Workers have to carry out full manual labor in the high temperature workshop of more than 40 degrees.

  (3) Difficult to guarantee the quality. Since each link has to be operated manually, the skillfulness of workers' operation directly affects the quality of products.

  (4) Low safety factor. Adopting direct-pressure manual plant fiber molding production line, the production is carried out in a handmade workshop mode, which is easy to cause safety accidents.

  (5) Poor sanitation of tableware. Due to the use of manual plant fiber molding production line, each link is by manual hand contact products for production, inspection and counting, packaging. Existing manual plant fiber molding production line manufacturers used by the high mobility of workers, workers in the high temperature of the machine next to the work of 8-12 hours, there will be a lot of sweat out of the sticky to the tableware. A few seconds of ultraviolet disinfection is only irradiated on one side of the product, and the reverse side is not irradiated, the product packaging stacked together on the front and back of the two sides still do not achieve the effect of disinfection. The products sterilized by ultraviolet light also need to be manually counted and packaged, the front of the disinfection and the back of the manual contamination.

  (6) Product strength is not enough. Domestic plant fiber molding equipment is mainly used in the cylinder direct pressure products, cylinder clamping force is not high, the density of the product is low. The automatic plant fiber molding production line equipment used in this project has high pressure, high density and good strength of the products.
